Ledion and Marsela co-founders and Directors of Party Time have been in the entertainment business since 2002 andmost of our personnel is trained and certified in Performing Arts, as Certified Balloon Artist (CBA), Professional Face Painters, Circus Artists, Professional Magicians etc….. In 2009 Party Time became the Distributor for Albania of Pioneer Balloon Company and of the world known Qualatex Balloons. Since 2010 Party Time is also a member of the Qualatex Balloon Network, committed to uphold a high standard in honourable business practices, continuous training, and using the best high quality products and dedicated professionalism in the services we provide.
In early 2011, Party Timeexpanded the product portfolio by adding to the list of our suppliers Procos S.A and Amscan International, two of the biggest companies in the industry of Balloons and Party Supplies.
